Meet the Team

Director
Lauren Sutliffe
Lauren is a performer and dance educator from Fulton, New York and an alumna of John C. Birdlebough High School. Lauren began dancing at the age of three studying a variety of dance styles. She received most of her dance training during her youth at Always Dancing! She then went on to study Dance at SUNY Brockport, focusing on Modern and Ballet Technique. Through her college career Lauren had the opportunity to study under renowned artists such as, Tamarra Carrasco, James Hansen, Mariah Maloney, Stephanie Oakes, Karl Rodgers, and Vanessa Vanwormer. Lauren Performed in a multitude of faculty and student choreographed performances. She earned her Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Dance and a minor in Business Administration in May 2017. Lauren has gone on to win numerous choreography awards and top placements in the competitive dance scene. She is thrilled to be the director of Infinity Dance Academy and train aspiring dance artists.

Brittanie Lawson
Brittanie is a musical theater, jazz, lyrical and tumbling teacher with group and solo dancers here at IDA. She started gymnastics at the age of 5 and was involved in theater through Syracuse Children's Theater while taking tap, jazz and ballet classes through Mr. Jason. At the age of 16, she switched to Jean Stelter's for dance and became a gymnastics teacher at Westside Gymnastic School. After graduating high school, she attended Alfred University and continued her love for dance on the University's dance team. She then decided to transfer her studies to the University of South Florida with a minor in dance. In 2009, she moved back to Syracuse where she took a few years off to further her education. She graduated from LeMoyne College in 2013 and started teaching for Pam Farrar at Always Dancing and has been teaching since.

Colleen Khulman
Colleen has been dancing for the past 18 years studying Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre. She spent 9 of those years as a member of the Always Dancing! Competition Team winning a variety of awards and competing at both the regional and national level. During this time, Colleen attended various workshops, conventions, & master classes including classes with instructors such as Brandon Johnson and Amelia Lowe. She began her teaching career as a instructor at Always Dancing!, where her students have won numerous awards including several high score awards. In 2016, Colleen’s students traveled to Disney World where they performed at Disney Springs and took master classes at Epcot with Disney performers. She continues her dance education by attending workshops to stay up to date with new dance styles and techniques. Colleen loves instilling knowledge and passion into the dancers at Infinity Dance Academy!

Kiara Osolinsky
Kiara has been involved in the performing arts for 20+ years. She began studying a variety of dance genres including ballet, jazz, lyrical, and tap at the age of 2 under the late Susan Alvarez, Tawn Marie Campolieti, Jean Stelter, and Pam Farrar. Kiara's competitive career started at the age of 7. She is excited to teach the dancers at Infinity Dance Academy tap. Outside of teaching tap dance, Kiara works as a systems engineer in North Syracuse.

Jackie Boutilier
Jackie, a proud alum of Infinity Dance Academy, is thrilled to return as an instructor and share her passion for dance with the next generation of performers. Her dance journey began at the age of 5 with ballet. By 9, Jackie had joined the Always Dancing! Competition Team, expanding her training to include lyrical, jazz, modern, acrobatics, contemporary, and musical theater. In 2017, she joined Infinity Dance Academy’s competition team, where she trained and competed until her graduation in 2020. During her time with the competition team, Jackie earned numerous awards at both regional and national levels, including special judges' awards for her “Fabulous Feet” and a National Championship award for Student Choreography. In her senior year, Jackie served as President of the National Honor Society for the Dance Arts at Infinity Dance Academy and was named an honorable mention for the 2020 NDEO Artistic Merit, Leadership, and Academic Achievement Award, the highest student dance award in the U.S. Jackie continued her dance career at St. Lawrence University, where she served as Dance Captain of the St. Lawrence University Dance Ensemble and contributed to various faculty choreographic research projects centered on Authentic Movement.
